Today, interactivity, transparency, collaboration and co-creation are giving people access to systems and organizations. With social media, people are connecting, communicating and engaging in collective action and collaboration in ways that were previously unimaginable.

It is hard to omit the idea of connecting with God and giving has a way of making that happen. None of us own our wealth – we are stewards entrusted with money. As stewards, God trusts this to us for His purposes. Giving puts our love for God before wealth and shows where the priority of our heart is.

Giving also includes building rapport.

When it comes to clients, how can their needs be understood – especially as those needs change? Rapport helps to understand how products and services are being used.

Good collaborative relationships are initially created by routine interactions. It is here where we learn about one another, identify each others expertise and interests and begin to build the essential foundation of trust and respect for one another. This is how you will begin to identify the potential candidates for partnership when the need for collaboration arises.
