I think of websites, social media, direct mail, donor relations, welcome processes, face to face engagements, partners, community, research and assessments, donor acquisition, sponsors, events, grants, and making giving easy.

Expanding and growing ministry is crucial for long-term success. Achieving sustained growth requires careful planning and strategic execution. There are keys to what strategies will unlock ministry growth and expansion and they come with understanding the fundamental concepts to managing the associated risks and measuring success.

These days provide us with a unique opportunity to unfreeze. This means taking the initiative to discover what can be unlocked and then create new systems that are more flexible, more organic, more interconnected, more purposeful – and can we say, more human.
